We aim to have in-house training sessions every two weeks. If your mandatory training is due to expire give us a call to reserve your space, alternatively email compliance@redspotgroup.co.uk

All staff need to submit their timesheets by 3pm Monday to ensure prompt payment by Friday.

Timesheets can be brought to the office in person or sent by post.

Nurses, healthcare assistants, doctors can also scan and email their timesheets to timesheets@redspotgroup.co.uk

arring any discrepancies, and ensuring your timesheet was handed in on time you will be paid every Friday for work completed in the previous week.

You will be paid through your umbrella company and they should be your first point of contact if there are any delays.

All pay rates are discussed at time of registration, we welcome potential staff to visit the office to speak to one of our consultants or area supervisors who will be happy to discuss pay rates, areas of work, and job availability.

We look forward to seeing you!

We welcome carers at all levels, if you’ve had no experience as a carer that’s not a problem. We have an in-house trainer who conducts a thorough in-depth 3-day induction course aligned with skills for care that will provide you with the knowledge you need to prepare yourself for the job you will be doing.

Once you have completed your training, and your DBS has cleared, then your co-ordinator will arrange shadowing where you will get to know the area, and get familiar with your colleagues, and potential clients.

You will need do to 8 hours shadowing if you are an experienced carer or 16 hours if you are new to care.
We encourage all our staff to develop themselves and offer them the opportunity to join NVQ courses which can then open up doors to further career advancement.

All the training we provide for our carers is free of cost, but we do not pay our carers to attend.
